Dream on! Companies DO continue to bill even after cancellation.

Unless you cancel your card, you will have to continue to fight the charges. It is the same with a credit card as with a bank card. The company will continue to dispute the fact that you entered a contract and you WILL lose. Even if you return the product, have a receipt of delivery and a recording of the conversation, which is illegal in most states to record someone without their permission, the campany will state that they did not receive it and you will be continually charged.

You have no proof that the product was actually received. Sorry, but the law may be on your side on paper, but in real life it is just talk. Unless you have a lot of money and a prestigious attorney, you will not be able to do anything about it. Even then it is doubtful that a fraud charge would happen because a contract was made and the person ordering agreed to it when they called or went on the website.

That is actually the way the law sees it.

You can go to your bank and dispute the charges. You can ask the bank to stop any transactions from the company in question.

Its a simple fact that the banks realize there are dirty companies and they don't want to deal with them either.

In the mean time it gives you time to research the shipment ect. The bank will not honor charges if you are disputing them.

However you need to be aware that if the disputed charge can be proven lagit it may get charged back to you by your bank. The best thing to do is talk to your bank and ask for help.


Your advise is good but please learn to spell


I was interested in this product but after reading the comments, I think I will pass. Not interested in fighting with a company to return a product that doesn't follow through on their promises.

Especially when the cost is so much! Thank you to everyone who posted comments, you saved me time and money.
