I have returned this equipment, DVD and paperwork. They are stating that it has not been returned and they keep trying to charge my credit card which is now blocked.
I know they have received this equipment but I can not get anywhere with this company.
The equipment is being returned because of huge expenses and it does not apply facially as they demonstrated. I certainly hope someone can help me with this problem or contact me if they have had the same problem.
