Keeping the replacement because I have no choice. My granddaughter has to use it for a wedding.
We did have to pay an extra $10.00 to get it in 2 days which took more than 2 days. Thank you... But I am not happy about what your customer service told me. It was your fault that you sent the wrong compressor.
If I had not called you, you would not have known. Very rude to tell me that you will put me in collections when I paid for the product! This could be could be considered a threatening statement.
I will however forget this if I get an apology and you speak with your people that handle these matters.
It was very rude and uncalled for to say the least!
