I am wondering does the product really work? If not can someone say why?
For all of you skeptics (like myself) do this. Get a prepaid card whenever you order something like this. That way your credit card NEVER gets involved.
Just put more money on it for future payments (if you plan to keep the merchandise), and if you send the product back then you don't have to worry about "bogus" charges, dealing with run around customer service or having to cancel your card. You may be out the initial money, but hey, at least a bad company won't drain you.
