I sent back the machine and products with the address given to me and the RA# infact I sent them a tracking # in an email. They told me that they recieved the package and to call customer service if I didn't get my refund.
So I called them today and they said I sent it to the wrong address and that I would have to get it back and resend it to the Texas address. I did however insure the product for $400.00.So now I have to go to the post office to get my insurance money.
