My senior citizen mother sent a money order for $140 dollars to purchase this as a birthday gift. She unfortunately lost receipt.
This was after customer service representative confirmed order was paid for in full and just needed to be shipped and would receive in 7-10 days. Home Address and phone number were both confirmed with rep.Its been 3 weeks since last spoke to rep..I don't know what else to do or even if i can do anything else..Western Union can't confirm money order cashed status due to no receipt number...very disappointed with the whole situation...
