I apparently ordered two systems by mistake and cancelled one but was never credited back the amount. Living on disability and spending that amount in myself was a mistake in the first place and I haven't even opened the box yet and I bought it back in 5/16. Being charged for two of them was a huge dig to my income.

You must call your debit card company and get a new card # or you will continue being charged forever and a day. Neither you or the taxpayers should be paying for what was surely not your mistake of double ordering but surely their intentional charge.

These companies prey on people and the only way to stop it is to contact your bank or debit card company immediately and get a new account number. Even then they will try to debit your account but hopefully won't be able to.
