There were several instances on my bill showing I ordered when I did not! Today I received a text showing the Fed Ex tracking number for an order I never placed.

I am sick and tired of crooked business practices and then having difficulty contacting the company. I will make sure that I let everyone know how difficult this company is to reach and to look out for charges on the credit card for orders never placed. That is stealing in my book!

I doubt if the company cares and I have attempted to contact them. There is no way to even email them even though they pretend that that is an option.
