I did everything correct to return the product. I am being charged for a product I already returned, emailed my request to canceled, called my request and now sending a letter.
It should not be mandatory to have a tracking number just to get a refund, that I am entitled to. Now I need more words just to give details of my concern. Being charged for a product I no longer have. I did not think the product was what I could use or what I thought it was going to be like.
No other complaint but that I would appreciate not to be charged for a product I do not want. Your address is the same as the warehouse.
It should be a issue to locate the return.
