I purchased the Luminess Air and found out that not only was I being billed the $57.31 for three/four months, but an additional $1.08 each time to run my card, which I never agreed to since it was never disclosed in the contract for the reoccurring charges. I had to call back each month to get my $1.08 refunded.

This past month I called Luminess to give them my updated card information since my debit card had changed for the last payment. I requested that they cancel my reoccurring make-up subscription because the Luminess Air product had broken and after all the billing issues I didn't want the product anymore. The gentleman I spoke with around 10/23/18 said that he would send a new Luminess Air and post-pone my make-up subscription for three months. I would need to send my old product back once the new one arrived.

The new product never arrived and I saw that a charge on my card for the make-up subscription of $21.60.

I contacted customer service 4 times today 11/21/18 to try and speak with a supervisor and keep getting hung up on when I tell t hem I want my subscription cancelled and my $21.60 back. This is a freaking nightmare.
