I December I called and requested that auto billing please be stopped.

I also called in January to request auto billing be stopped, and send me a bill.

Here it is February , and I called to stop auto billing again. I was told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours.

This is no way to run a business. And if the situation was reversed I am sure you would fill the same.

How hard is it to send me a bill ?

The product is very good. To bad I can't say that about coustomer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Hi Sandra,

We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been regarding the 30 day in home trial. Unfortunately, the system was never returned within the 30 day in home trial period, to stop payments.

However, the call made on December 29th, was to stop the automatic shipments of makeup in which we indeed cancelled.

There was another call in January in which monthly payments on system was discussed again. If you would like to go over the monthly payments, please feel free to email me Ashley@luminessair.com and I would be more than happy to assist you.
