I December I called and requested that auto billing please be stopped.
I also called in January to request auto billing be stopped, and send me a bill.
Here it is February , and I called to stop auto billing again. I was told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours.
This is no way to run a business. And if the situation was reversed I am sure you would fill the same.
How hard is it to send me a bill ?
The product is very good. To bad I can't say that about coustomer service.
