Lucchese Bootmaker Return Policy
The Customer's bag is empty. Lucchese accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If The User would like to exchange The Customer's item for a different size/color, please follow the return procedures below and then simply initiate a new order for the item The Customer want to purchase within 30 days of The User's purchase. All returns must be accompanied by both sets of insoles and original packaging. Any missing insoles or any wear or damage to the boots deemed not to be a manufacturer's defect will result in either a partial refund or will not be eligible for a refund at all.

Lucchese Bootmaker Warranty
The Client's bag is empty. Lucchese warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage due to excessive wear, abuse, or damage from external objects. If The Customer's Lucchese product has a defect and is under warranty, Lucchese will repair or replace it. In the event Lucchese Bootmaker are unable to repair or replace the item, Lucchese may issue a refund. Lucchese products under warranty will be replaced or repaired by Lucchese craftsmen from materials of equal or greater quality within 60 days of receipt of the product. Due to Lucchese's unique components, any work performed on The Client's item other than Lucchese skilled craftsmen will render the warranty null and void. The Lucchese Repairs department repairs boots, shoes and other Lucchese items.

The Customer's bag is empty. The Client's personalized login consists of The Customer's email address and a password. By creating a Lucchese account, The Customer are taking advantage of features and benefits that make shopping and tracking orders faster and easier. The User of Website will also have an opportunity to register for an account by creating a password during the checkout process the first time The Client make a purchase. By signing up for a Lucchese account, The User of company services can check the status of The User's orders, access tracking numbers, print receipts, and view The Client's order history. The User of Website may also opt-in for information and updates about special Lucchese offers, featured products and more via Lucchese Bootmaker's' email news blasts. The User are welcome to make as many purchases as The Customer wish as a guest. As a guest, The User of company services will receive order information through emails, but The Client will not be able to access The Customer's order information or view The Client's order history on Lucchese.com.
