Longs Jewelers Return Policy
Company's policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since The User's purchase, unfortunately Website can't offer The Client a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, The Client's item must be unused and in the same condition that The Client of Longs Jewelers received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a Sales Slip. Merchandise much in original condition and packaging. Worn, adjusted or damaged product cannot be refunded or exchanged. Timepieces must have all protective stickers in place. No refunds will be issued on Special Orders, or merchandise that has been engraved, sized or otherwise altered. This includes sizing of any timepieces. To complete The User's return, The Company require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once The User's return is received and inspected, www.longsjewelers.com will send The Client an email to notify The Client of Longs Jewelers that The Company have received The Customer's returned item.
