Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition and unused after this The Company reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange. London Luggage will issue a full refund to the credit or debit card/PayPal account within 7 days after Website receive the goods back. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in The Client's account. If the item(s) have already been dispatched The Client will be liable to pay the postage to send it back to London Luggage The Customer can return The Customer's parcel using The Client's own method of return. Return to be paid by the customer. The goods are The Customer's responsibility until The Company receive them here so please use recorded postage and package them carefully.
