Not sure what returns look like in the US but returning my on line purchase from Canada has been convoluted at best. The Logitech site seems to send you in circles trying find out what the process is for returns.

Additional the correct phone numbers are hard to locate. After repeated emails I did finally get the UPS paperwork for my return. It's been over two weeks and still no refund has been issued on my credit card or any emails to suggest the return is even in progress. Would never order from Logitech again based on this sketchy, hard to find and non stream line return process.

The customer service is seriously lacking at best and at worst, completely absent.Very unsatisfied Canadian customer.

Return policies and procedures should be well outlined and easy to follow. A no hassle approach is important in the very competitive on line market.

I have the same problem in the USA. I have been working in IT for over 30 years and this is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to returning warranty items. The site is horrible and to not have a phone number to call and get return authorization is ridiculous in today's world.

I agree that even finding where to submit a request for a RMA is impossible. I've been at it for 3 days.

I would never again purchase from Logitech
