Bought a rug and warranty under Service USA (SU).Service USA came to clean, they called it a "success", but the stain was not removed and was worst.

We initiated this in November 2016, spoke to Mayra Martinez, the service rep, and we keep email, leaving voicemail and they keep ignoring us telling us that they will contact us.

It is now February 03, 2017 and we are still waiting.To summarize their cleaning was of the poorest quality and their customer service is non-responsive, aggravating and would be better off offshoring these jobs to India, where I've had much better experiences with customer service.
