I ordered a couch on 11/25/16, the salesman said that the delivery (which I paid for) would be made to my daughter's 6th floor unit. The deliverymen refused to bring it past the 3rd floor, after much conversation with management and my signing a waiver they attempted to bring it up but said they couldn't.

I had them leave the couch downstairs and deliverymen from another company brought the couch upstairs. Turns out Living Spaces got the order wrong, giving us a one armed sofa. They agreed to remake the couch and ASSURED me that their guys would deliver it to the 6th floor. I have been on the phone with many people in Living Spaces management who told me it would be completed.

Their delivery people came two more times and refused to bring it upstairs. UGH!!

No one should have to go through this to get what they ordered. My suggestion....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIVING SPACES!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Living Spaces Cons: Failure to deliver.
