June 2017. First month with Lip Monthly they charged my card and today is June 30th 2017.

Never got items.. I have emailed them several times, even wrote them on twitter. They said it was a delay. On the 23rd.

i got an email with a Dhl tracking number that doesnt work. Wrote again yestetday. This morning i got an email saying my merchandise hasnt even left processing. Tomorrow will be a new month.

i asked for a refund no response. this was my first beauty subscription box and i wont ever do this again.

From the look on twitter it happened to more than just . me
