Signed up for monthly, decided I didn't want it after first month, so I pressed the CANCEL button inside my account on the website. They send a 'confirmation' email of cancellation, which is really a long winded and confusing, colorful email saying you are not actually unsubscribed until you click a link which is not obvious.

So, I got charged again after cancelling my subscription.

They didn't email me back for 5 days. When they finally responded it was very rude and abrupt.
