Line2 ("Line2") and the user of Line2′s communications Services and any related products or Services. This agreement governs Company's Service, as defined below, and all Line2 applications and software. It also applies to all Numbers and Service plans on each Line2 account. Line2 is sometimes referred to as "the company,""" or Line2's' and the user is sometimes referred to as The Client of Line2" The Customer's" or "user," "client" or "customer". By using the Service The User of Website confirm The Client's acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, the Terms. The Client may not use the Service if The User of company services are not of legal age to form a binding contract or are a person otherwise barred from using the Service under the jurisdiction under which The User reside. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this agreement will govern the use of any new features that augment or enhance the current Services, including but not limited to, the release of new Line2 software, applications, and services.
