I've been with the company for years. This year, my premium doubled for no apparent reason. I called the number on the notice to "discuss the policy". That was 27 minutes ago. I'm on an endless "hold". I first called an hour ago and waited 10 minutes before calling back. They just won't speak with you. I would have probably got some sort of explanation for the increase and paid it, but now, I'll find another company. Save yourself the hassle and buy from another vendor. I'm still on hold.

5 minutes later (now a total of 35 minutes on hold) - still waitingโ€ฆโ€ฆ..

I MADE IT! ONE HOUR ON HOLD, STILL NO HELP! โ€ฆโ€ฆ..wait, wait, EUREKA!!!

I just got ahold of "Jeanette" in customer service. She doesn't know why the policy went up, she'll look in to it and someone will get back to me.

Well, that's comforting.

I'm going to sign off an find someone else that wants to carry my policy.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Ill be happy to get your businesses premiums should not go up for no reazon this tells me you have probably a policy that is not term tust me, if the name of your policy is something like universal, flexible, whole life you are been ripped off.allwed me to fight for your business
