I signed up on December 10, 2016 for a $180 two-week Pilates program with Nathalie, the Pilates program director at Lifetime Fitness. On December 14, 2016, I told Nathalie I didn't want to take the classes which hadn't even started.

She claimed I didn't cancel within the first three days per the contract and gave me all these guilt trips, etc.; in fact, I was able to cancel and get a full refund per the signed contract despite what Nathalie kept saying. On December 22, Nathalie, the director of Pilates at Lifetime Fitness, agreed to refund my $180 and did a refund form. She started smoozing me like I was her best buddy after December 22. I go on vacation to Florida for two weeks and come back on January 19 and subsequently Nathalie tells me she didn't process the $180 refund because she wanted to see if I would like Pilates by taking a 1.5 hr class on February 11, 2017 which I paid another $25 for.

I took the 1.5 hr class on February 11, 2017 and immediately started emailing Nathalie, the Pilates Director, I wanted my refund of my $180 and I didn't want to do the class. I sent several emails to Nathalie only to be ignored by her.

Then I get a call from the general manager and I get kicked out of the club. Please be cautious if you are thinking about joining Lifetime Fitness but for sure be very, very cautious if you are interested in the paid Pilates program.
