Liberty Mutual Insurance - Auto Claim Review from Virginia Beach, Virginia
Horrible experience. I dont even know where to start.
Im fed up with the rude claims representative. Shes unprofessional and im paying for her mistake. I took her 3 days to approve a supplemental claim but then told me I needed to return my rental car. I explained to her..
I have no car, my car is being repaired and wont be done for another 3 day BC it took her 3 days to approve the supplemental claim, she laughed in my face and stated...Oh well not my problem. Im done dealing with liberty mutual.Im beyond fed up how there employees treat me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Was her name Jane Downing by chance? I've been dealing with her nonsense for MONTHS and finally demanded to be assigned a different adjuster.
Rental cars don't have to be turned in after 3 days. They're to be turned in when the limits have been reached, which normally takes weeks later.
Did you delay getting your vehicle to a body shop? Did you leave your vehicle there awaiting the shop to order parts and get approvals? Is the shop dragging it's feet getting the estimates and supplements to the company? Body shop's know it's a 48 hour, minimum, turn around before their supplements are approved.
The shop should have explained that to you.
The system is to leave your car at the shop when the work can be started. No company will grant a rental past the limits of the coverage.
