The lender was not well informed and I moved out of my apartment thinking that I qualified for housing and now Lenar wants more money out of pocket!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Lennar is a bad company. I can write a book and give proof why.

Just take my advice and RUN! ASAP!

Read my lips R-U-N...RUN. Do your research but don't go with Lennar...Simple as that.

It's Lennar's fault that you don't qualify for a loan? Who moves out of an apartment without doing their research to see if they are qualified?

Sorry you experienced this with the mortgage company. However your inability to qualify for a loan does not mean Lennar homes is a bad company but rather is asking you to contribute more so that you can come through with your obligation to purchase a home. They cant simply give you money they build houses for buyers who qualify not people who want a free home.
