Two Lennar customer care representatives came to look at our side walk leading to our front door which was cracked in half. They said it had to be 1/4" crack before they would replace it.

I was shocked since it was cracked through and through. With rebar in the cement it may never spread to 1/4" although across the entire piece. They said they would look into it 4 months ago, but never call me back. My mom came to visit at Easter and her walker was stuck on the crack.

She had to lift it over the crack at my new house.

What a disappointment. I thought Lennar has been customer service than that!

i had a crack the length of my garge. i was told the same thing.

they didnt do anything.

it wasnt there on the walk through but 2 weeks later it was. they did nothing.
