On November 16th, 2014 I initiated a customer care request for numerous defective areas of sheet rock taping and seams coming undone in my home with my home builder Lennar Homes. On 11/20/2014 two representatives from Lennar came to my home and inspected the areas and concluded I had an issue and would get back to me.
After 3 weeks of no response they responded a week later on 12/16/2014 and told me that it would not be repaired even after they concluded it was a problem. This is defective construction and in some cases the areas of concern had been repaired once already.
