I received Email from Lending Club asking me to call them and when I called the cust.care rep Gary was rude, unprofessional and helpless.
His answer for my questions were only "I don't know what you are saying, I don't understand what you need" and than he just hanged up.
I think BBB has to be informed about terrible customer service the Lending Club provides.
Another problem - they asked several time to verify my bank account but I alredy did it at least twice.It looks like they did not update the information received daily and continue bothering customers with the same requests.
