Advanced ReviewerI wrote these people which the company is in China and I asked them (A month in advance ) how long it would take them to mail me a package to such and such place and for where I was I was told 10 to 15 days to receive such package which it was only 4 Ultrafire BRC 4000mAh 3.7V 18650 Li-ion Rechargeable Battery 2 batteries per packet which came out to 4 total price was $21 then I write to ask them if I would be notified when package is mailed out and if I would get a tracking number and they replied with this following email :
( Due to the currently high demand the order processing is delayed. We are working at full speed to process your requests as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding! )
The date receive was Oct/2/2022 I have been waiting since Sept/28/2022 when I placed the order and it is now Oct/20/2022
And now that I wrote them a few more times asking about my package I have not had a response since and I'm pretty sure if asking for a refund since they are not respond now I do not think I will get my refund I mean it's only $21 out of pocket and glad I didn't pay more then that
I do not recommend this company to anyone less you want to lose money to never see it again And with the worst customer service ever
Even though I would like money refunded back to original CC payment I really doubt I will see it now
11/8/2022 Update:
And here we are again nearly 3wks later after writing them and them telling me they mailed it on the 29th of Sept,2022 But after I finely get a China tracking number it says that it was actually mailed out on the 24th of Oct and to this day still have not received anything and now I get no email responses
I still say they are the worst company to deal with With poor service This is the first and only time I will ever deal with them ever again 10 to 15 day service my *** !
11/16/2022 Update
Something I have found out recently from the email account I used to make this purchase I received some messages from an account letting me know about some suspicious activity. So they asked me to verify my account to find out if it was me and to my surprise it was not me. It was coming all the way from China with IP address added to it which started on 11/7/2022 just a little while after I started this review . The other thing is they are the only international company I have dealt with since opening the email account no one else knows about it and the only reason I opened that email account is because well ... I am a Paranoid piece of *** when it comes to making purchases over seas . And what do you know my Paranoia paid off because after I make my first purchase over seas using this brand new email account I get the account hacked Guess it's a good thing that email I used was temporary
Still it's nice to know I still can not trust making purchases internationally
User's recommendation: Up to you but I would not recommend this company.
Monetary Loss: $21.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ledsupermall Cons: Poor customer service.
