LBC Express - Not pleased at all with staff at Cash and Carry Branch
One certain employee, MARYBERCY CAMARSE, was rude in dealing with my transactions. I think I was also overcharged.
In my first visit, I paid Php 160 for a transaction that should have only been Php 19. In my second visit, I paid Php 215, for what should have only been Php 150. I calculated the shipping fee using LBC's online shipping fee calculator on their website. I also wanted to remit the payment of a certain buyer, and she was excessively strict with my documents.
She also talked to me in a very bossy manner. I came back with the documents she asked for, and she did not even seem pleased.
I don't know why it seems as though she has something against me. I hope LBC is able to address this.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $205.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
