Hi. I was told that I had become Lazada's [BLACKLIST CUSTOMER]. I have no idea what happened so I asked your staff, Ms Thanusha, who is working at Marketing Department ( That's what she told me ). Before that, she called me to ask about the previous payment. After that, I asked her about the [BLACKLIST]. She asked me to call the Customer Service by MYSELF because she has no idea about it. Okay. I did what she asked me to do. I called customer service on 24th of November and the staff told me that he will help me to find out the problem as soon as possible. However, I had been waited for so many days but I didnt receive any email from Lazada! What happened to the terrible and inefficient service that I got from such a big company ?

Im a dance teacher, an educator, who knows the rules and laws. I did not create any problems to Lazada but Ms Thanusha said that I give her FEVER?! Just because I want to buy something from your web?!

Im going to repeat one more time, I would like to declare that I am a consumer who given rights to buy anything on your web. I am not creating any problems to you and I hope you don't create problems to me as well.

so right now, I have a list that I had involved into few serious problems which haven't settle it yet :

1. Overpaid problem : I had already informed Ms Thanusha about this problem on 24th of November. Its been so many days. Other than that, I provided her all the order numbers and the amount of credit cards to her but Im still waiting for her reply. Please try to settle it as fast as possible.

2. An official explanation about BLACKLIST CUSTOMER : What's the definition of "Blacklist Customer" ? I believe that I didnt break any rules or make any illegal payment at Lazada. SO, TELL ME. WHY AM I IN THE BLACKLIST?! I need an official explanation about this !

3. I only will pay for the amount : RM 4721.04 , right after you settle my problems and receive an official explanation letter. Thank you.

I'm really concern about it. PLEASE MAKE IT FAST AND SHOW ME YOUR EFFICIENCY. Please pay close attention about this problem. I hope it won't happen on me or anyone ANYMORE!
