I received a call from Larry H. Miller, they had a VW Passat.
They dropped it off at my house. Two hours later (about 50 miles) I heard a strange sound with the front end. I took it back to them. We argued about getting me out of the loan, and they gave me a 2017 Jeep Cherokee.
Keep in mind, all pre owned is supposed to have a 123 point inspection. The day after I received the Jeep, I got a drive train error (only put 100 miles on it). On my way back to the dealer, I got sideswiped. I received the vehicle on February 17.
I returned the vehicle on the 18nth. The accident was not my fault, and I even gave Larry H a print-out from the insurance because they (insurance) was taking responsibility for the accident. Today is March 6th, and this is 17 days later and they won't give me the car back. The sales person Miguel told me (then a guy he told me was the Volkswagen Gen manager confirmed the same thing)they were trying to say the accident was the cause of the drive train issue.
They gave the vehicle to a body shop without my permission and are trying to get the insurance to pay for the drive train issue. Because they wont release my vehicle, I am making an insurance payment for a vehicle I have only had for a day, and I am paying for lawyer to help with the issue
