Everytime I call this company, nobody answers and you are directed to a dysfunctional voice mail system that doesn't let you leave messages most of the time. When you are able to leave a voice mail, they never return your call.

They provide a single manual that is relevant to no particular camper model.

In some cases, they provide a small photo of an important switch, but there is not enough of the photo or text explanation to allow you to find the switch. This problem is prevalent throughout the manual.

One manual that is not representative of the model camper purchased is nearly useless.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Why not phone your dealer as he is the one that is supposed to fix the unit.

But yet you purchased a trailer from them? I don't understand this logic. No questions before purchase, reading reviews on the dealer etc?
