I applied for my first Sneak Preview Club screening (Prisoner's Daughter) at the NoHo7 about two weeks ago. I answered all of the questions I was asked & waited for some response (which never arrived).
A few days ago I tried to ascertain if I actually had successfully made the cut but was unable to find out. Last night the people at the NoHo couldn't find my name on the list & suggested that I contact Support@***e & Greg answered the phone himself! He was sincerely apologetic about my situation & offered me guest passes for a different show at my nearby Newhall Laemmele theater.
A very nice gesture! I will tell all of my friends just how nice HE is & how Laemmele really tries to help their customers!
User's recommendation: For an excellent selection of less commercial films, visit any Laemmele theater! P.S. I am NOT a "pissed customer"! I am a very PLEASED customerr - not just for your excellent fims, clean, comfortable theaters & perks, but for your superb customer service! Thank you! perks.
