I am very disappointed that I could not talk to someone by phone because I don't know the phone number that was used. Also couldn't use email line because I don't know the email address or password that was created by the person frauding me.

I should of been able to contact someone at koho to report the fraud. Thanks to passed consumer for their help in forwarding my report to koho.

You have allowed my husband and myself to be victims of fraud through your banking institution. We have no way to contact anyone at your institution as your phone number for customer service is a joke and we cant even use the online chat .So this particular piece of *** who is a customer of yours keeps trying to get back into our bank.

Don't you think it would be helpful to give you this information?

i will be going to the media and reporting you to the appropriate authorities. our lives and trust will never be the same from the damage he has done.

Very poor customer service, I cant get a hold of anyone when I need my concerns addressed, their artificial intelligence virtual assistant is very useless
I have ordered a physical card about 6 months ago and still havent received it .
