Knitting Warehouse Return Policy
If for any reason The User do not want to keep an item The Customer have purchased, The Client may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of receiving The User's order for a refund of the item's purchase price. Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to The Client's account. Please note: product sold as a multi-pack must be returned unopened and still intact as a multi-pack or it is no longer considered in "new" condition. Knitting Warehouse will cover shipping costs in the case of damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for all other returns. When emailing The Company about The User's order, please place The Customer's order number in the subject heading. Once The Company have received and processed The Customer's return, will send The Customer an email stating the amount Website are crediting The User's credit card.

Here are answers to commonly asked questions. The Company hope can find the information The user of company services is looking for here. The Company ship to the United States and Canada. All pricing is in USD. Orders ship from Michigan. The Company do receive merchandise daily, so please, check back to see if the item is back in stock. Continue shopping until The customer is ready to check out. The Client will receive an e-mail confirmation that The Client's order has been received. The User will receive a second email when the order ships showing total amount to be charged. This email will also include a tracking number if available. If Website are temporarily out of stock, quantity will show "0". Please check back as Knitting Warehouse receive product almost daily. At this time Knitting Warehouse does not process backorders. If The User's item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment Website will cancel the out of stock product, ship the balance of The Client's order, adjust The Customer's order total, and send The Client an email notifying The Client of Knitting Warehouse of the change.
