I placed an order in March 2021 with mobility for less when I didnt receive the merchandise I reached out to Klarna and Mobility4 Less mobility said they would let me know and delivery date and a tracking number weeks went by I received nothing I called you cannot speak to anyone if you reach someone they cannot answer your questions I reached back out to Klarna Who said theres nothing they can do just keep reaching out to the merchant I continue to do so after not receiving the merchandise after 30 days I canceled the order by email and sent that email to Klarna customer service I did make a payment to Klarna which I also stop payment Because I had not received any merchandise Also I canceled the order. I have been calling Klarna One to three times a month for the last 6 months.
Everyone I speak with says its in the fraud department also says make a payment also says payment is on suspension I also asked for this to be resolved so that I can close my account with Klarna I am very disappointed in the merchant and Klarna that it has been six months and this issue has not been resolved so that I can close my account if I do not contact Klarna I hear nothing from them about the account when I asked to speak to someone in the dispute they will not allow me too. Klarna has yet to resolve KlarnaKlarna wont close account with a problem
