I went to return something and had a bad experience with sales person keep

Argue with me and said you used this item I can't take it back it's okay I understand they need check before get the item, but she doesn't need to talk about all the customer, everyone saying the same thing when they come to return. Is this how a sales person behave with costumer I can't believe this I was so upset and writing this the person who talk me like this ID 5750-SF I found on my receipt number 13641****. Could you please give her training we are coming there to go shopping, something like this feel like don't want to go again.
