If The User of company services want to return something just contact The Company first and Website will take appropriate action to replace/exchange/refund or whatever it takes to make The User of Website happy. Kit Kraft do however ask The Client of Kit Kraft to contact Website ASAP (within 30 days of receiving The Customer's order) so that kitkraft.com can handle The Client's case quickly. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee. Make sure The User of Website contact kitkraft.com during Company's normal business hours (9am - 6pm PST, Monday - Saturday) before sending anything back. In order to properly receive The Client's shipment The Company will need to create an authorization code, which The User should display clearly on the outside of the package. Prices listed here are for internet sales only. They may differ from Kit Kraft's' Retail Store prices.
