SI play State Of Survival in state 664. I have an isssue (which I think is an ingame error) and service rep, Lily, closed my ticket because she said it wasnt an error.
I had asked for an explanation and was told, AS STATED BEFORE, IT IS NOT A GAME ERROR. I was told to refer to new information in the missions. I had already explained what the issue was and why I felt like it was and is an error. Nope!
All information was duly clarified. How? Ive since tried to contact someone about the issue and how to report how Ive been treated. Guess what, I was connected right back to the same rep.
Who now, is refusing to connect me to someone who can help me. She is going round and round with me asking to me explain my problem. The ticket already contains screenshots of the issue with an explanation. This is an egregious act of unprofessionalism!
I have no way to report this issue and have no one to report it to. Please help! This shouldnt be allowed.
I play on multiple accounts and have played multiple games. Please help!
User's recommendation: Save your money! This game is a money Pitt! You will get a bogus generic response to any problem. It will be your fault that you didn’t read or that you were confused. SAVE YOU MONEY AND YOUR TIME!
Preferred solution: Lily’s job should be immediately terminated! .
