The Customer may return item(s) within 14 days after delivery for a full refund of The User's garments. Make sure The Customer include the complete return form and packing slip to The User's parcel. Bring The User's parcel to The Client's local post office or package service to post it to www.kingsofindigo.com Please note that www.kingsofindigo.com do not cover the cost of international returns (outside the Netherlands). DO NOT USE THE RETURN STICKER. Sending items back is free within the Netherlands. The Customer's item(s) will be inspected to check whether they meet Company's Terms & Conditions. Website strive to return The User's payment or item(s) within 7 days after receiving the package in Company's warehouse. The Client of Kings of Indigo may return item(s) that are sold and fulfilled by www.kingsofindigo.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of The User's garments. The User can have The Client's order delivered to an alternative address, by adding another address in The User's account and select it during the ordering process. I haven't received Kings of Indigo's' order. The User's order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address The User of company servicesve registered in The Client's account. However, it's possible that The User's order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with The Client's local delivery service.
