Hi I place an order with you.. I recieved an email to say that the item has been shipped.. however i am yet to recieve the order..

Kicks Balls' shipping policy doesn't state estimated delivery time. The company ships with insulated boxes through FedEx to your door or to your closest FedEx Facility and have the package held for pick up.
