I went through the drive thru and ordered a bucket of chicken. I was told that there was no white meat but that it would be ready in 20 minutes.
I decided to wait for it. I went through the drive thru 23 minutes later and was told that my order wasnt ready to go part out front. I waited there until an employee brought it out to my vehicle which was over 50 minutes later. Not this girls fault but I was very upset so I asked to speak to a manager.
This girl told me that the manager had quit and that there wasnt one there. Very unhappy with this service!
I tried calling in to customer service but was told I had to file a complaint by email. Id already wasted enough time trying to buy a quick meal and decided that I would just not support business at KFC again.
User's recommendation: Don’t go there! Very poor service! Not as promised!
