We are having the same problem with our 2014 Keystone Outback 323BH. When I contacted Keystone with the issue as per our dealer a few weeks ago there response was this: "Thank you for allowing Keystone RV to review your case, we should you warranty has expired.

At this time we respectfully decline participation on this matter. They also made sure to mention that it is not a manufacturing defect and went on to describe this is what happens when it weathers and instructed me how to properly care for my RV. Really? They need to tell me, the person that just spent $60,000 on a brand new trailer how to properly care for this very large purchase?

My 10 year old minivan's paint job is holding up better than my almost brand new trailer. Give me a break. They are not taking ownership on the matter when they know *** well it is a manufacturing defect.

There are hundreds of posts just like mine and increasing with every week. I will not be letting this one go...I am furious

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Keystone RV Cons: Not standing behind their product, Poor problem solving, Quality.

Location: Maple Ridge, British Columbia

Had the same problem with a 2013 cougar. i fixed it easily.

you need to sand, buff and polish the cap then treat it with a sealant.

Ours looks like new again. If you want more info email me at chad@***.ca

I also have this problem, with a fading fifth wheel front cap, have only had the unit year and half and it looks like an old junker. Most disappointed
