Keto Mojo will repair or replace a defective product without charge. Shipping charges will apply after one year from date of purchase. For damaged product through no fault of Keto Mojo or product used not in accordance with its specifications, customer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs. Have The Customer's order number readily available. Keto Mojo will provide The Client with a return authorization and shipping instructions. The User of company services are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective, in which case keto-mojo.com will issue a return shipping label. keto-mojo.com will notify The Client via email once The Customer's return is received. If The Client's return is approved, then The Customer's refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If the product was defective, Keto Mojo refund the full amount of The Customer's order, including any shipping charges.
