Please bring the firearm in Company's retail store or email photos of the firearm to info@kygunco.com for an estimate. Keep in mind, Company's offer will be minimally less than the actual value of the firearm. If the item is shipped to an address in Kentucky, or The Customer pick the item up at Kentucky Gun Co's' store front, the there will be a sales tax. If the item is shipped out of Kentucky, The Company only collect sales tax if The User's state requires Website to do so. Currently, Indiana is the only state that has made this a requirement. The individual purchasing the Class III item would have to contact their local Class III dealer and have them fax their FFL and SOT license. Kentucky Gun Co will complete a Form 3 for the transfer from KYGUNCO to their Class III dealer.
