Two weeks ago I placed an order for two purses. I received a pillow—the invoice stated my order not someone else’s order. I called and they shipped me one purse. I called again they ship the second purse. I am still waiting for the return label to ship the pillow back.

Last night I received a second order. I have one item missing from this order. I called to say what I was missing. I am placed on hold (total call time 34 minutes) to only have a customer service rep come on the phone and tell me he “got approval to rectify my missing item but since this seems to be a reoccurring problem with my orders it will not happen again…do you understand?“ I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I will not be ordering or purchasing another kate spade item again. The way this rep implied I am lying over missing items is unacceptable. I have never been spoke to in that manner ever before. You either have someone in your shipping department stealing items prior to shipment or you have clearly hired incompetent employees in addition to the *** I spoke to on the phone last evening.

So message to me was if you choose to order from us again and you do not receive what you ordered and paid for, you are out of luck. Really?? I order from you twice and twice what I am shipped is not what I ordered and you have an employee with the nerve to tell me that I am out of luck if it happens again? Seriously?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
