It is very offensive when a customer service told you that they can't do anything for the items that I am following up. I ordered a bunch of surprise sale items (with 2 tracking numbers) I received the 1st box on September 30, 2016 and waiting for the other box.

When I did the follow up, the representative told me that both boxes were delivered on Sept 30 in the afternoon. I am insisting that I did not receive 2 boxes. It happened to me not only once but previous representative I apoke with was really helpful to trace the package. In my surprise, the representative today Oct.4, 2016 was trying to say that I was lying, that I had 2 boxes because that was the kate spade delivery system update.

I talked to the supervisor named "Jamie". The supervisor apologized to me that the representative mistakenly checked the tracking numbers. It was really offensive to me. Jamie told me that the 2nd box was in custom-clearance delayed status and I have to contact DHL for the duties and taxes (because kate spade forgot to charge me) but they normally charge me with duties/taxes so I have no problem with my box to be delayed in custom before.

Where is the protection of the buyer here if there are issues like these? What if they insisted that I already received the item where in fact it wasnt?

Do I suffer from $$ loss because they cannot do anything? Very poor customer service and judgemental!!!
