Kappa USA Return Policy
Exchanges are valid for the first 60 days after receipt. Kappa USA apologize that The Customer's item did not work out. All returns must be within 30 days of receipt. To return, the product must be in original condition. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, The User of Website will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs from the original order. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued. Note: kappa-usa.com are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. The User will have to file a claim with the carrier The User of company services chose. Please check back with Kappa USA periodically for any updates regarding Company's return policies. Please follow return procedures within 30 days of receiving The Customer's items.

Kappa USA Delivery Policy
Please allow up to 3 business days to process an order. The User of Website can find The Customer's tracking number by checking The Client's emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into The User's account and viewing The Client's order for the latest tracking information. At this time Kappa USA do not offer expedited shipping. If The User of Website need The Customer's order by a certain date, Website ask that The Customer place The User's order 10 business days before that time. If The Customer find The Customer's order has not been delivered in this time window, please email Website at info@kappa-usa.com with The Client's order number so kappa-usa.com could further assist The User At this time, The Company ask The User of Website to contact FedEx, UPS or USPS with The Customer's tracking number for more information. Kappa is a European brand and therefore runs slim. The Company often suggest going up one size from what The User of company services typically order online. Please refer to Kappa USA's' size chart for more information. If The User are not seeing a style with the same color name to complete The User's outfit, then Kappa USA are likely out of stock. Company's stock is seasonal and most of it does not carry over. Kappa USA's' classic color combinations of the track suits, like black and white, will almost always come back in stock; however, to keep with trends and changing tides, Website like to update Company's stock seasonally. All returns must made within 30 days of receipt. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. The Customer are responsible for return shipping, Kappa USA recommend choosing a method with tracking as an insurance.
