I have ordered cufflinks 4 months ago. Jomashop debitted money form my account immediately and confirmed the delivery would within15 days.

4 months later, I still haven't receive my product. I have contacted customer service many times and they either don't respond or respond very agressively. A month ago after insisting avery day, they said they would refund my money, but since then I do not have received the money or any kind of confirmation. They have never apologized for their mistake.

They just once said that the porduct is lost and it's not their fault. I have offered to contact the delivery company and been nice and patient to find a solution.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. I am very disapointed by this website and DO NOT recommend ordering anything from them.
