I have place an order on a Sunday 12/4 which is a working day being holidays season and as per their order processing/promised to process the order within 24hrs and ship out to address. Wheres as today after several hours of phone and email follow-ups they have never shipped out the product.
They messed up giving it to UPS and now saying that UPS made the mistake etc etc., their customer service people ROY(manager), Miriam, Leo, Couple others told the same thing again and again and now when we are leaving to vacation tomorrow saying that this will be shipped on Monday where wont be home for rest of the month and offering a refund in future. This is the worst place buy stuff in history of online purchasing.
